From Burnout to Balance Immersion

Mount Shasta, California

Heal from burnout with a restorative 6 days in nature

October 4-9th 2023

Ground yourself on the sacred land of Mount Shasta, in the expansiveness of the forest. Let the sound of the wind, the owl in the tree and the warmth of the fire rebalance your burnt out nervous system.

Join us at one of the most potent healing vortexes on earth to reunite with the rhythms of nature and deeply rest.

Do you feel exhausted? Anxious? Burnt out? And overwhelmed? If you answered “yes,” then you need deep rest.

This is for you if you…

Feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, stuck, lack motivation, have muscle tension, insomnia & auto-immune issues.

Are overwhelmed and want to ‘just be,’ but don’t know how to unplug because you are frazzled and extremely burnt out.

Say to yourself ‘I’ll be happy when’ or ‘I wish,’ but find yourself continually unsatisfied with life.

Felt frustrated after going to a retreat because nothing changed in your life afterwards. Or, you were not rested after you left a retreat from the packed schedule or too much ‘trauma-mining.’

Want rituals and tools so what you experience on retreat can be integrated into your life.

Need accountability and support after the retreat to make real changes in your life for results that last.

What you will experience

Meet Your Guides

In spite of our corporate success, we were burnt out — having always been plugged in and on the move. Searching for ways to reconnect with ourselves and yearning to escape our distraction-fueled lives, against logic, we followed our intuition and individually relocated to Tulum, Mexico.

After a series of coincidences, Jenny & Jenny individually went to a yoga class on the beach in Tulum. Not only did they meet each other in the class, but they met Alex, who was guiding the workshop. Alex’s inspirational and multi-disciplinary instruction style stood out from any other class they had taken. We immediately connected and quickly discovered our shared passions and the desire to solve the problem of burnout.

Our time in the Mayan jungle gifted us with the time and space to slow down, get still, to turn inwards, and to really rest and recharge. This time enabled us to work less, yet get more done, and dramatically increase our vitality and life satisfaction. Energized by our own transformations, and the magic healing of deep rest we were soon brimming with creativity and inspiration in our desire to help people, like ourselves, disconnect from their stressful realities and reconnect with themselves and the rhythms of nature. We were inspired to team up and create a way to share the gifts of deep rest with the world.
